A 58 year old female unhappy with her twenty five year old failing full mouth reconstruction arrived from Europe. She wore a removable upper chrome cobalt partial denture with several plastic teeth that replaced a few teeth she had recently lost. Her remaining upper teeth were removed and replaced with 8 implants that were restored 3 days later with an immediate loaded upper provisional structure that restored her chewing function and facial tissue support. Three and a half months later when the implants had integrated with the bone in the upper jaw, this was replaced with an upper structure with porcelain teeth and pink porcelain to support her facial tissues. Her old lower porcelain crowns were revitalised whilst still in her mouth with new whiter laminate veneers that completed her new stunning white smile.
